Derbyshire Police and Crime Commissioner Hardyal Dhindsa is urging anyone living or working in the county's rural towns and villages to make time to share their views and play a positive part in the response to rural crime and antisocial behaviour by completing the 2018 National Rural Crime Survey.

Severn Trent to complete essential maintenance work on Ripley Road,
Buckland Hollow, Derbyshire.
Severn Trent is to begin essential maintenance work in Buckland Hollow in
Derbyshire, so that customers can enjoy a reliable water supply for years to come.
The company will begin work to repair a leak on one of its major water pipes in the area, and will require a section of Ripley Road to be closed to keep engineers and road users safe.
